Lapita Hotel is located in phase 1 of the Meraas Land project in Jebel Ali. The hotel includes 8 clusters villas housing approx. 50 rooms each, 3 royal villas, spa, main hotel, and amenities including meeting rooms, ballrooms, restaurants, and bars. The hotel is being operated by Marriott.
DSI’s founding Partner – Mohammed Shameer, was the Lead MEP designer for the project. The site-wide utility network distribution required extensive coordination to avoid aesthetic impact on cluster buildings scattered around the plot.
