Ducab-HV, a joint venture between the governments of Dubai and Abu Dhabi manufactures cable systems in the voltage range of 66kV (66,000 Volts) to 400kV (400,000 Volts) covering the highest voltage currently used in the GCC. Standing at 148m, the plant (equivalent to a 44-story residential tower) is the Gulf region’s tallest industrial tower.
DSI’s senior member was the lead design engineer responsible for the delivery of electrical services for the project.
