We create BIM models that go beyond storing pertinent information (sizes, dimensions, etc.) to enable automated geometry and design, layout, and documentation of repeat elements, as well as cross-disciplinary coordination. We know how to link people, technology, and processes to improve building and construction outcomes throughout its life cycle.
We also utilize BIM to evaluate design decisions, assisting customers in determining the feasibility of a suggested combination of services or functions and confirming the desired approach’s buildability. For customers creating buildings or assets in several places, our unique BIM capabilities, which include the development of global BIM data standards, enable them to obtain superior outcomes while adhering to industry construction rules.
Coordination of the design in any project is a major challenge. Our in-house collaborative approach with other team members helps to drive the coordination process. This is enhanced by using BIM systems (Autodesk Revit MEP and Structures) for building services and structural design documentation. These powerful packages allow for coordination in 3 dimensions between disciplines resulting in a very high degree of coordination which limits queries and delays in projects onsite.
To achieve an integrated design, we work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve an integrated design. We use the latest building information software techniques to develop options to enable informed decision-making and for the coordination of project documentation.
