The Confidential project is a new luxury coastal development that is set to be the new center for global tourism. The Luxury Village completes the other luxury facilities available within the larger masterplan; and includes 430 key luxury hotels, spas, cafes, and restaurants alongside a manmade marina, yacht club, and meeting/banqueting center.
The colorful canopies and lush vegetation present the village in its full bloom, while the rising spiral majestically captures the visitor’s travel through the heart of the development.
DSI has designed and developed the MEP / ELV services for the project. As can be expected for mega projects of this scale, the project involved multiple design specialists complementing and collaborating to deliver the overall vision of the client. The mapping of service distribution beneath the specially designed guest buggy routes was a treat to design owing to the multitude of challenges it presented.
