BCC hotels is a part of Bahrain City Centre, Manama. It included two hotels – a five-star Kempinski and a four-star Ixir. DSI’s Founding Partner – Ramseed Mohamood was a key member of the MEP design team tasked with value engineering and related requests for changes (RFC).
Responsibilities included:
● Management of MEP site team.
● Coordination between the project team (six specialist consultants) and the MEP design team.
● Attending regular meetings with the client, specialist consultants, contractors, etc.
● Work on-site forming part of the MEP delivery team for review and signing off of the contractor’s shop drawings.
● Daily site visits, the rectification of any problems arising on site.
