Located next to Dubai Mall, Fountain Views contains three super-high rise towers in Downtown Dubai, standing 290m tall over the Boulevard, Downtown Dubai. A common podium includes retail areas and 11 parking floors, which link to the adjacent Dubai Mall via an 80m bridge. The project served as an extension to the Dubai Mall district with direct connectivity across all the major entities next to Dubai Mall.
DSI’s lead design team members had led the MEP delivery and supported the site teams from Concept to handover. This included design coordination through a staged delivery period; along with site coordination and delivery in support to multiple MEP contractors involved within the project. Having to work through the design hand in hand with the contractors’ construction schedule was the highlight of a prolonged design period of the project.
