Off the coast of Dubai on the reclaimed island of Pearl Jumeirah, Meraas developed a new beach resort complex and residential area. Included in the resort are villas, bungalows, residences, a hotel, and a beach club providing sports, entertainment, dining, retail, and leisure facilities. The design is contemporary, using slimline structures that help keep views clear.
